Nibbld.com finally finds a purpose

I bought the nibbld.com domain a while back, with a view to developing a food related social network, and alas, it wasn’t to be.

BUT…

Nibbl’d now (or will be in the near future) a one-stop-shop for your basic domain name related needs.

At the time of writing, there’s a URL shortener, which is great for services like Twitter where you are limited to a certain, small, amount of characters.

There’s also a great, fast, ajax based domain name checker which, at the moment the search is limited to the major top level domains, but I plan to add many more in the near future.

I have also added an IP checker, because who doesn’t, at one time or another, wanna know their IP address! This section will be enhanced, with possible Google map integration.

It is a great platform for me to enhance my developing skills whilst offering something back to the community.

If you have any tips, recommendations or comments, then please shout them out. I would really appreciate any and all feedback (as long as it doesn’t hurt my feelings!)
